Calibrd is a **private AI interview coach for mid-to-senior tech professionals — tailored to your experience and the job description**. The core loop: read the job description, generate predicted interview questions calibrated to the role / level / round format AND the user's CV (so question difficulty matches their seniority, and example answers for behavioural and motivation questions pull from their real career), record voice answers (up to 90 seconds per take, transcribed by OpenAI Whisper), and get AI-calibrated coaching that grades each answer against three explicit axes (structure, specificity, senior-appropriate depth) — and crucially, tells the user when each answer is **ready to deliver**, so they stop guessing whether they've practised enough. The user picks one of seven real round types (recruiter screen, hiring-manager, cross-functional, leadership panel, executive/VP final, system design, technical deep-dive); Calibrd plays the interviewer and runs the whole round by voice — three or four questions for conversational rounds, or one problem dug into deeply for system design — each asked out loud, with follow-ups where a real interviewer would press, and no feedback until the end so the candidate stays in it. It closes with an honest **debrief scorecard**: a verdict (would advance / borderline / not yet), strengths, what to work on with a concrete fix, a question-by-question read, the recurring patterns, and what to drill next. Answers are transcribed by OpenAI Whisper, and the transcript and debrief are stored locally on the user's device, never on Calibrd's servers. Those tools are for the months-long skill build across many companies. A free account gets 3 full reports a day forever — match score, CV score, gap analysis, likely interview questions, compensation benchmark and company brief — plus, every month, one CV export, one application draft (cover letter and written answers) and one full voice mock interview; these reset on the 1st. Everything else is sold as a stretch of time, not a subscription: $9.99 for 7 days, $19.99 for 30 days, or $39.99 for 90 days (three months for the price of two, and the best value per day). Any of them covers unlimited reports, unlimited CV exports, CV rewrites, cover letters and application answers; the mock interviews included are 5, 15 and 45 respectively. Every paid pass also includes questions answered personally by the founder, a hiring manager with a decade of experience running engineering hiring — one on a week, three on 30 days, six on 90 days. The question is emailed to him and never stored. Purchases are one-time and simply expire — there is nothing to cancel. ## Calibrd Agent (MCP)

Calibrd Agent is a remote MCP server at https://www.calibrd.com/mcp that lets an AI assistant run Calibrd on a person's own account. It works with Claude (claude.ai and Claude Code), ChatGPT and Grok, and with any client that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP; sign-in is OAuth against the person's Calibrd account, and there are no API keys. Six tools: score a job posting against a CV (match score, the gaps at that level, the CV's own recruiter and ATS scores), the full Calibrd report (free, three a day), a CV review with rewrites that can also return the tailored CV as text, a cover letter, the account's status, and a checkout link for a pass. Every tool returns prose for the chat and structured JSON under a declared output schema, so an agent can rank postings by match score or keep the gaps for a later prompt. Nothing is stored: reports, CVs and letters are generated and returned, so there is no id to fetch a result by later. ## Privacy
