Which job links can I paste?
LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters and Ashby links are read directly. For anything else, including Workday, paste the text of the posting instead.
Do I need to add my resume?
No. Without a resume you still get the interview rounds, the predicted questions, the pay benchmark and the company snapshot. Add your resume and the report also gives the shortlist verdict, the match score, where a hiring manager will push back, and how an ATS and a recruiter read it.
Does Calibrd store my resume?
No. Your resume is sent to build the report, then it is gone. It is never used to train any model. If you create an account later, you choose whether to keep it there, encrypted.
Is this just a chatbot?
